uninvited guests

Disliked: as a single mom with her child I was not a fan of having a stranger beating on my door at 4am. yes the bottom floor had a leak they wanted to check but call the room before beating on the door and waking people up. this experience scared the hell out of my child. then a few hours later a maintenance man was beating on the door. no apology was made for this inconvenience.
