Disliked: The front desk was really not interested in working because I waited 5 mins for him to get out the bathroom and when I wanted to change my room 5 minutes later he was right back there. I reserved a smoking room only to find out he has given me c a room that really stinky e and had cigarette burns on the blanket. Her response was as if he didn’t care
