Poor customer service

Disliked: The website says pets stay no extra charge but they said they had a ten dollar a night pet fee. I stayed 6 nights they tried to charge me an extra $100.

Liked: Absolutely nothing and I MEAN NOTHING
Disliked: Everything, never got a key to my room because their key machine was down the whole time. Had to go find an employee every time I left my room to get back in. The curtains were literally hanging by a thread. The SMELL was horrible, I literally killed 9 ROACHES in my room, yes 9 I counted took pictures and tried to show to the lady at the desk. Asked for a refund and that was a solid no. Zero COLD water so if u shower prepare to get your skin melted off, the dirtiest towels known to man, literally only a sheet to cover with NOTHING ELSE, the TV was broke, the door had mile long cracks in it, dirt EVERYWHERE EVEN IN THE BED AND ZERO TRASH CAN IN THE ROOM . OH AND THE DRESSER WAS MISSING THE DRAWERS . BUT THE ROACHES WERE EVERY FREAKING WHERE. RUDE STAFF AND DIDNT SMELL A DROP OF CLEANING SOLUTIONS ONLY A Whole LOT OF MILDEW, CIGS AND WEED AND JUST FUNK. I WILL GLADLY SLEEP IN MY CAR BEFORE I EVERRRR SPEND MY MONEY THERE.

Disliked: Room Was the pits towels like rags...bathroom was barely stayable. The whole experience was not how it was represented..loud patrons

The staff was fantastic but...

Liked: Floors were clean. Sink was nice. New mini fridge worked well. A/C worked great.
Disliked: Shower had some sort of green puddy on the floor. No towels or blankets. No phone in room. Remote control for television didn’t work.
