Disliked: No front desk person, elevator not working due to remodeling had to use stairs with All our luggage and other stuff no staff to help

Poor

Disliked: Staff did not inform me that they were having work done on the floor above my room so I got woke up by people drilling and hammering on the ceiling above me. Very noisy !!

Value for money: a clean...

Liked: The rooms were modern and spacious and clean. It was a relief and joy to come into this space after a long road trip. Everything seemed shiny & new (interior and exterior—building looked new), so I was surprised when the front desk person said the hotel had been remodeled 10 years ago- and was up for another remodel soon.
Disliked: No kettle for boiling water in the room. And no drinking fountain or water bottle filling station in the public spaces. Towels a bit thin & on the small side.
