Liked: The grounds were beautifully kept. The rooms were extremely neat and clean. And and the staff was excellent. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Will book there again.

Liked: On the first floor as requested. Beautiful bedding. Good quality towels. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I was promised a refrigerator when I booked the room. None was in the room and when requested, none was provided. I would have had to move to a different room to have a refrigerator. There was a sweet smelling odor in the room when I got there. I thought that was nice but as time went on, there was an increasingly bad odor. It got to the point that I had to continually run the bathroom exhaust. Then I discovered a pee pad filled with dried urine behind the headboard. The room had not been completely thoroughly cleaned. before I got there. I also wish tissues were provided in the rooms (very minor issue). My stay would have been more enjoyable if a microwave was provided.
