BEWARRE: Varun (front desk clerk)...

Liked: When you pull up, you immediately begin to wonder if you, your family, or your belongings are going to be safe. Lots of people loitering at any given time of the day, cops frequent the parking lot, there’s always some commotion going on. BUT, no other tenant or loiterer has personally given me any issue or concern. The rooms that are NOT deluxe are extremely small, but intimate. There are no microwaves or fridges in them either. The rooms that ARE deluxe are much more spacious and have a fridge and microwave. I was in 2 different rooms and say 0 traces of any bugs (roaches, bed bugs, etc.) NONE.
Disliked: It’s a bit dark and dingy, the other tenants can be loud, the elevator is frequently out of order and the stairwell smells like straight PEE. But my biggest complaint is that one of their front desk employees (Varun) needed to look at the room confirmation email on my phone. Totally normal. But while he was doing this, he also somehow managed to airdrop AT LEAST one (but most likely many more) explicit photos of myself from my personal phone to the Motel 6 work iPad while he was “looking at the online reservation email”. Violated and disgusted doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about what happened.

Liked: The listing stated that the room would have a microwave and a refrigerator. It had neither also when walking down the hallway to my room there was empty drug baggies on the floor.
Disliked: There was drug baggies on the floor. The room was very uncomfortable. I was scared of bedbugs, and there was no microwave or refrigerator.
