Disliked: The homless crack heads. Somehow they all had rooms

Tolerable for business. Definitely not...

Liked: Room was cozy and private.
Disliked: Cleanliness was a concern. Seen trash bags everywhere. Had maintenance crew working next door to my room until late in the afternoon.
