Motel 6-San Antonio TX - Northwest Medical Center, San Antonio

Disliked: A/C was broken. Roaches in room.. Shady people in parking lot.

Liked: Tv was the only part I liked about it.
Disliked: Room floors were very sticky, foul smelling odor when I stepped into the room, a roach was on the floor crawling, multiple gnats flying in the room, and there was even a musky dirty towel inside the fridge. Refrigerator was unplugged and water leaked out from the freezer so I had to use all my towels in room to clean it. I called the front desk at about 4:00 PM and told them the situation. Front desk said they would give me new towels. When I arrived back at the hotel, I checked for new towels and no new towels were brought to my room. The towels I used to clean the floor when the fridge leaked were still in the shower.

Liked: There was no breakfast hell there was no fridge, no microwave low rated motel I will not book this ever again nor will I give good praise about my stay there definitely not worth the money

Price was a lot higher than the value. The office staff were great and friendly

Liked: Staff was amazing and location great!
Disliked: The bathroom door was broken, the faucet was not attached to the sink, the toilet seat was not attached to toliet, there were stains and cigarette burns on the blankets, the cable went in and out constantly all night.
