Disliked: The room was nasty and there was roaches and dead bugs everywhere, the tv didnt work

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: I called for a wakeup call I never received that call,which it made me late for a appointment. The are we are suppose to get coffee in morning is locked and full of kids toys all over the place
