Disliked: I called to confirm my reservation before my road on my way to Palm Springs but they didn't find my reservation, I spoke with a receptionist to find my reservation again, nothing. I had to book a room again, this time on Motel 6 website. The room that my partner and I stayed at smelled very bad, there was blood stains on the floor and the pillow. The bed was very uncomfortable, a/c was not working it was very hot overnight. My partner and I woke up with back pain, headaches and our nose was stinging due to the very bad smell in the room.
