2 Days; No Running Water...

Liked: NOTHING!!!
Disliked: Paid for a 2 night stay in a room with no working shower, a pile of cigarette butts in a cup on the bed when I walked in initially. And, the bed was recently laid on and was visibly dirty and lacking a comforter over the single provided sheet and pillow. Exhaust fan didn't work, as well as 2 of the lamps. Ashes and spit were in the shower, toilet, and bathroom sink. Smelled like cigarettes and urine. Also, in the room next to me, a dog howled and cried extremely loud for 12+ hrs each day with no one doing anything about it. My floor was covered in something sticky. I was told I'd be moved to a better room with at least working shower but never heard back, even after I vacated the disgusting room. Plumbers never arrived as promised either. Most certainly the worst motel experience of my life.

The staff is great everything...

Liked: The staff is excellent they are attentive and do their jobs well. They were polite and even remembered me from a previous stay which was nice.
Disliked: The rooms all have an odor to them. They could use some serious updates on the bathroom. Those showers are awful I have taken better showers in jail. The fixtures are old and in some cases not the proper ones. The mattress are trash you hear me trash. So uncomfortable. The free wifi works good.

Disliked: Everything, the bedroom smells like cigarette smoke. The bed was worn and felt the bed mattress springs. The bathroom floor had a ton of someone’s hair. The toilet seat would constantly move when I used it. Would not stay again.

For the money and the...

Liked: For the money and the value of this hotel (star- rating) everything was great. The staff was welcoming and also very good at accommodating my questions and needs. I definitely will stay here again when I am in the region. A plus for this location is that there are a lot of restaurants and retail in the area.

Disliked: Non smoking, but smells of smoke Cigarettes burns on furniture and shower panBeds are uncomfortable No blankets

Liked: Nice, friendly, convenient staff, plenty of parking, plenty to do in walking distance
Disliked: Nothing, I thought the rooms looked as clean if not cleaner than any I've seen.
