Liked: The staff was very pleasant. The room was good sized. It had a flat screen TV and a small (but totally adequate) refrigerator. It is in an interesting part of town. I took a picture of the INDIO Sign just down the street from the motel.
Disliked: Perhaps offer coffee?

Disliked: Got handicap room . Left when we returned key didn't work in door went to office twice.They could not get door open my partner oxygen was locked in room. We were outside for about an hour they had to go through window to let us in room .Was scared being in parking lot alot of homeless people hanging around it was frightening my partner oxygen was down to 12% so they had to make the decision to go in thru window after all that time passed. The air conditioner did not work and after going through all that woke up to listen to news TV didn't work handicap room 106.Almost had to call for paramedics if I couldn't gotten to the extra battery for portable oxygen. THEN AFTER ALL THIS THEY STATED WELL GIVE YOU PARTICIAL REFUND. I STATED I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. When I went to check out the girl working there had no knowledge of what happened told me she could not give me refund.I refused to leave without a refund slip she had to call the manager it took me another 50min to check out but got refund this was a nightmare been booking through you for years but this was outrageous time consuming dangerous.Il be contacting Motel 6 corporate tomorrow
