Disliked: The office personnel was rude at times and on the last day I tried to pay for another night and the man in the office refused to accept my money

I would not recommend staying...

Liked: The experience was awful and also the whole entire room flooded because the pipe in the floor from the shower had burst room 148 was the worst experience I had in the hotel room and also it was not very clean it was mold growing in the shower the room should have been updated years ago I have photos and videos of the incident and how bad it was.
Disliked: Nothing was comfortable at all the entire room flooded because of the piping was bad I was not refunded and I was not able to stay the whole night so I did not get my money's worth I didn't even get a partial refund to compensate me I also felt like I did not matter because I complained and nothing was done.
