Disliked: I didn't get the room I requested. The front desk person didn't even ask me if he should still book me a room. Instead he just booked a room I didn't request. It's like he just wanted to sell a room. That person should be FIRED. I know nothing will be done because all you guys want is a room to be sold.This is horrible business.
