Liked: Friendly staff, quiet area with lots of restaurants surrounding the area
Disliked: Nothing really, the room wasn’t perfectly clean but it was clean enough for my liking. The construction going on makes it a little hard to get in and out but I didn’t leave often

Disliked: My husband is an amputee. I reserved a handicap room, with 2 queen size beds. When I checked in, I asked if that was what I was getting. They said that they didn't have anymore, and that this room would fit my needs. I told them that I had emailed them stating again that this was a must, due to my husband's condition. I called around looking for another room at another hotel, and nothing was available. So, I took the room out of desperation. My husband couldn't even get to the bathroom due to the fact that his wheelchair was to wide to fit through the passage way. So he was forced to use cups. Since it wasn't a handicap room, there was no ramp,and I had to pull him up and over the curb to gain access to the sidewalk, and again over the threshold, because that was too high for him to maneuver himself. The mattress on the side of the bed that I was on slopped downward, and I kept feeling as though I was going to fall off of the bed every time I rolled over. I ended up almost on top of my husband, just so I could lay flat and get some rest, without feeling like I was going to fall off of the bed. When I presented this to the clerk upon check out. The way she spoke left me under the impression that they knew about the mattress. She tried to offer me a discount on my next stay. I told her that I was going to post this and let everyone know that even though you know there's a bad mattress in the room, you will rent the room out anyway. Which means that you care more about money than the comfort of your customers. You don't check your emails and my husbands independence was compromised. And since he wasn't able to access the bathroom, there are cups of urine all over the room. I really didn't do that, I just wanted to think about they're part in this nightmare. I did flush it all and throw away the 1 cup that he used. Maybe now they'll put the customer needs above their bank account.

Liked: Clean, quiet, and fair price. The staff were friendly. It was close to shopping areas and great restaurants.
Disliked: I was satisfied with everything. However we had a glitch with our with the staff fixed quickly.

Disliked: The lady checked me into a dirty room knowingly and said I had to wait 2-3 hours for a clean room because she refused to get in trouble by her manager.... I never received a clean room and went and checked into another motel.

Liked: It was cheap however as the saying goes you get what you pay for.
Disliked: This hotel as well as the ladies in the office are horrible. The establishment itself was very dirty . The staff in the office are very disrespectful and inconsiderable. They issued me a already used room that wasn't cleaned and refused to switch itBeware
