Halloween themed motel... you have...
Liked: Nothing!!!
Disliked: This motel needs to close period!!! Unhealthy facilities plus they are renting rooms to drug addicts. Between the roach infested room and screams of the drug addict we decide to move to another hotel!. Since we are on Halloween season this might be a scary tour. Stay out of this motel!!

Wasted my time and a...
Liked: Nothing. The hotel was dirty. There are roaches in all the rooms. The lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. The overall look is run down.

Liked: After driving 12 hours from Orlando I stopped by to pick up my son …. Very comfortable place and very close to the exit 95 The front desk attendance was very nice and the service was great thanks

It was horrible, and wouldn't...
Liked: If anything, I guess I liked the price. But other than that, I (again) guess I should've expected what I paid for. Which is, stained linen and floors, a puddle on the floor from the AC unit, and then when I reported to the front desk. I was asked to go and retrieve the towels needed to clean up the water. But - what I dislike the most is? The inability of any person (nationality, creed, or race) to be able to adequately speak the language of origin. While working within a customer-based setting. Customer satisfaction, nor customer service can be part of a company's mission/foundation if the employees that they hire are unable to properly articulate and understand English grammar. I am not advocating for any to lose their job, nor am I suggesting that said individuals shouldn't be hired. But if you're going to hire a person who can't speak of the country that your company resides. Having them be the point of contact, the person who is to be responsible for greeting and attending to the needs of your customers/guests. That may not be the best idea until you have provided them with training, and/or have them work elsewhere until you're able to speak to them over the phone and you're satisfied that both parties are hanging up the phone, fully understanding what was just talked about.

Never again. Stay away. Would...
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Pool shut down. Wifi barely worked. No cable to tv. Roaches everywhere. Other bugs as well. No towels in room. Staff was rude. Had to clean our own room.
