Just fair for the price
Liked: Fwy entrance was near and proximity to beach
Disliked: The check in counter staff was awful, there was issues between them that were obvious to members there was an old man that had a bad attitude almost talking down to the younger female employees

Liked: The location of this property was excellent.
Disliked: The room is small and functional. There is no breakfast in the morning, no coffee in the room. The location is great, you get what you pay for. The room is cheap, with an excellent location, but the bare minimum of services at the motel.

Liked: What I like about the room I got was that it was clean. The bed is comfortable. Staff were sweet.
Disliked: The blanket is too thin. I got very cold at night, and the pillows aren?t comfy.

Liked: This is the closest to a restaurant...
Disliked: I said I would not return here 2 weeks ago... But I returned.. Bummed out. I'm handicapped now and prefer to have a lower floor and QUIET spot (granted I know the set policies of vacancies 10%) he sticks in in the hallway.. Saying that nothing else is available.... Cause I was kept up with people standing in the hallway kids (under 5) running around, so I looked and I seen 6 vacant rooms Inc the one I stayed last time... Soooooo 2 freaking nights NO SLEEP AND THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON FOR STAYING HERE... NEVER EVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE POSTING IT ALL OVER THE INTERNET (ooohhhhh yeahhh, it's currently 2:55am) this is the worst... Tweakers, and pot smoking.. I work for a reputation boost company.... The dessert flea that manages this place with the goatee... He has no idea what to say to people... I needed to renew my door card, first he puts me through a third degree of questioning and then trys to chew me out for having a "Sandy card" making a big deal about it dirty.. I said I was sitting on his counter in the "motel room" not in the beach... Anyways I'm rambling on and I HATE THIS PLACE.. Been a customer for a long time 20 plus years... And now I am not happy with the way I was treated and it was a waist of money.. NO REST AND MORE FRUSTRATED THAN, WHEN I ARRIVED... Ooohhhhh yeahhh the MANGR says "go ahead and complain I will always fill up this place!!" I love challenges and I have 20+ years of experience with reputation.. And KILLING THE COMPANY WITH NEGATIVITY... ESPECIALLY IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRIES NITE...
