This hotel has terrible service. Our sheets were stained and dirty and all the management offered us was a bottle of terrible wine. This is unacceptable. I have emailed the assistant manager and he has done absolutely nothing about our complaint. I do not recommend this hotel.

Liked: We accepted the continental breakfast.It met our needs and was very good.
Disliked: The only issue we found troubling, was A very slow draining tub drain. This allowed waste water to back up, while showering. This was passed on to the front desk.

Disliked: Muffins were dry, tea was cold, just wasn't cold, no ice water .

Stay was okay

Disliked: I was told that I might steal a TV in the room so they are charging me a deposit of $300. I was aware of the security deposit that are usually charged on credit or debit cards regardless the amount but I didn’t deserved to be treated like I was homeless trying to book the property and steal your most expensive TV. Very bad experience at the counter. Not only that, we went for the breakfast in the morning and the staff in the kitchen didnt want to let us in and wanted us to verify with the front counter for no reason. Never experienced this in Canada.
