Good basic accomodation

Liked: Stayed there as I was competing at a triathlon at St Neots and it was fine, not a hotel more like a B&B, but nice and quiet. Bed was really comfortable, but the bathroom was poor. Staff (especially the manager) were excellent.
Disliked: Bathroom... No point having a TV if it's not connected and can't get any programmes

Liked: The accommodation was good the setting for the hotel was very peaceful
Disliked: Not so keen on poor lighting as we arrived late and in the dark

Liked: Excellent staff input. Comfortable bed and room. However, one window pane was badly cracked and the waste outlet area in the shower was badly rusted and dirty looking. I wouldn't have known but the white cover floated in the waste water so couldn't miss it :(The rest of the bathroom was spotless as were the towels & bedding as wellThe room I was in, had hard wooden floor and I think it would be a good idea to tell people to wear footwear or socks as I had a splinter ( no problem, was easily removed from my foot, no damage done so I didn't report)

Liked: Stayed here almost a year ago and it was brilliant but bitterly disappointed this time. The staff in the hotel were lovely, very helpful but the lack of amenities not good.
Disliked: Obviously needs a great deal of money spent on it to update certain aspects eg the light switch in the loo was in a metal case with a plastic cover which fell off. Safety not a priority.

On a whole disappointing

Liked: The location was ok. The staff when you could locate them was friendly.
Disliked: There was no instructions of where to collect keys , couldn't find any staff. The room wasn't cleaned properly someones tablets was on the floor, no cups for cup of tea. When we arrived back to the property after our family party in a taxi the main gates was locked , we was given no instructions about this. The brochure said the breakfast was included when we eventually found where to go for breakfast we had to pay. Each time we needed to know something, like where to get keys, how do I get in the gate which was a long drive away from property and where to get breakfast, we had to phone someone and wait a while for the call to be answered.
