A lovely quaint guesthouse just...

Liked: Location was great. Lovely view of the Minster from our window. Room was really clean and comfortable. Had breakfast in room due to COVID but was really nice. Car parking was really handy.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all lovely.

Liked: Location for York itself is perfect. Bed was huge and very comfy. Hosts went an extra mile in luxuries - mulled wine, sherry and mince pies, sweets. Very friendly, accommodating staff.
Disliked: I requested gluten free - the bread certainly was which wad great, but pastries/granola/mince pies were no good to me as I didn't know if they were gluten free or not.

Liked: Very quirky and peaceful. The B&B was very clean and the stay was well thought out. All of the little additional features e.g. mulled wine were a nice touch.

Liked: Location was excellent, breakfast hamper (as a result of COVID) was lovely, room was great, staff were helpful.
Disliked: Although super clean and new bathroom facilities with lovely soaps and body washes, The shower pressure was not great (we were on top floor so that may be why). This, however would not stop us from returning to stay.
