Not sure I will ever stay here again. We paid over $300 for one night in the room was at best average. The shower was moldy; there were huge stains on the carpet; the room smelled moldy; the pillows were not comfortable and the bed was fair at best. Do not plan on staying here again.
Liked: The restaurant for breakfast was good. Pralines.
Disliked: The room was kinda gross. The shower was moldy, looked like the ceiling was going to fall in too. Massive spots on the floor, plus it smelled moldy.

I am not sure I will go back given the issues at checkout. Is it really that hard to accommodate the customer? Apparently so at this hotel!
Liked: We enjoyed the hotel!
Disliked: I asked for a print out when we were checking out. The person checking us out made some snide, smart alec comments. She called me sweetheart and then said "do you need coffee?" I did not appreciate being spoken to in that manner - I am not her sweetheart! I never did get a print out. She said she could not give me one since we booked through a third party - I always book my hotels through a third party and have never had this issue!

We enjoyed the evening as well as the breakfast buffet.
Liked: The hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Old facility; prices very high for quality of the rooms.

So glad we found this hotel - was nice enough and we got it for less than $400 a night through Concerthotels.com!
Liked: Nice enough.
Disliked: Top sheet was all pilled and rough.

Good hotel with good location. Good price and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and gave 150% to help me. They made the hotel a place I would go back to and recommend.
Liked: Overall.
