Pleasant - 3 out of 5

Patty, Ada, visiting Riverbend Music Center Thu, 3 August 2017

For the price, the place wasn't bad. It could use some updating. The cracked pink tiles in the bathroom weren't very nice. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

Liked: Price.
Disliked: The bathroom.

Disappointing - 2 out of 5

Kristen, Louisville, visiting Bogarts Cincinnati Thu, 20 July 2017

I won't be going back.

Liked: Room was OK.
Disliked: TV didn't work correctly; hallways and elevator were super hot. Water pressure was close to zero and overall hotel decor was really dated.

I'll come back!

Liked: We were on the 27th floor and it was newly renovated. Awesome view of the city. And some timely thunderstorms.
Disliked: If they would have changed the tub/shower they would have nailed it. Come on guys.

Candice, Dayton, visiting Taft Theatre Tue, 31 May 2016

Liked: Room was ready early and we were able to check in at eleven.

Disappointing - 2 out of 5

Peter, Indianapolis, visiting PNC Pavilion Mon, 14 September 2015

I was very disappointed. The stay was a nightmare! We were moved from one room to find that it was double booked. Another couple had keys to our room and walked in on us. We left to go to the Janet Jackson concert, came back to find that we were locked out of our room and checked out by the front desk. Waited an hour before all of this mess was cleared up. By then, it was two o'clock in the morning. Couldn't sleep because I was pissed off at this point. Finally fell asleep just to find out when I checked my account that my card was charged on the room which was prepaid for a two night stay. Please if you are coming to downtown Cincinnati and need a hotel, my honest opinion for you is to choose another hotel.

Dirty. Price was outrageous for a property that is in terrible need of cleaning and updating!

Liked: Great location to all downtown activity.
Disliked: Dirty and outdated.
