Disappointing stay and not up...

Liked: Great views from my junior suite. Good location to visit downtown. Decent bed.
Disliked: Where should I begin?Reception upon checking in- The female receptionist gave me room 1811, a corner facing junior suite with ripped and stained carpeting, dirty couch, scratched furniture. I asked to change rooms and she was not even aware that the room was in this unacceptable condition. My new room was cleaner and in better condition but all furniture was OLD with scratches everywhere. The restaurant does not have a working restaurant facility, nor is the pool available either. $45 per person breakfast to be avoided at all cost! It is served in your room ( in my case with a 20 minute delay after calling catering) in a brown paper bag with boxes and plastic containers! The order was not even complete and the quality of the food was akin to being at a hospital. Go to the Starbucks around the corner instead!To top this entire experience, I was charged significantly more than expected on my credit card. I called the receptionist who forwarded me to the night manager: The most unprofessional, inappropriate, sexist and condescending hotel employee I have ever dealt with! He started asking me personal questions about my origin as he detected « an accent », insisting that I must be German and telling me about his Jamaican roots and explaining that he knew better than me where I come from! When I insisted not being German and told him to focus on the bill, he started yelling at me. I hung up, shaken to the core at 10 PM. Overall, not a satisfying or relaxing experience !

Disliked: Customer service. One gentleman was pretty good, the rest of the staff was on different levels of being rude. And VERY DIRTY windows. My wife wanted to take a bath but the switch from shower to bath tab didn't work.
