Wonderful staff, clean and large...

Liked: Wonderful and helpful staff! Check-in was quick and welcoming. I had questions about the solar eclipse and the front desk staff was very patient and knowledgeable and provided us some tips about the eclipse festivities in the area. Later when I had to switch payment methods, the manager was very helpful and quick in making it right. Clean, large, and uncluttered rooms! Breakfast was also great. No issues with that.

Always a great experience

Liked: Staff very accommodating and friendly, room was clean, all necessary amenities and great shower pressure. We were upgrading to a suite and allowed to check in a little early. This was very helpful for us - we always stay here when we come up to visit our son at Keuka College!

Disliked: We learned that there would be no daily cleaning when we returned to our room late in the night. We would have made our bed and been more careful with our towels had we known. We should have been informed at check-in. Blow dryer burned out with no replacement available.
