Superb
Disliked: The parking lot was a little dark at night n seemed to be people partying in it that weren't residing at hotel.

Great staff, very good accommodations,...
Liked: The best part of the facilities was the staff. I interacted with three staff members (“KateLee” by phone and Christina (sp?) and a gentleman in person, and they were all great—helpful and good communicators.
Disliked: Nothing significant—as a senior, I could have used a night lite in the bathroom (for sleep interruptions), but that is a very minor issue.

We will not come back
Liked: I like that it was convenient for the concert we were attending
Disliked: The beds were so hard that my husband and I could not sleep. We had room number 102 and it was right by the exit and there was so many people in and out all night. It felt like somebody was coming into our room.

Good value for money.
Liked: The room was tidy, the beds were comfortable. Nice place.
Disliked: The breakfast was quite basic, but ok. However, it is a pity that people started cleaning up at 9:15, while breakfast was announced until 9:30. So no second serving.

Superb
Liked: The location was great & the cost was perfect. The rooms were clean & confortable.
Disliked: We went down to have breakfast & the hot foods were all empty. No eggs, biscuits for the gravy, & only a couple sausage links left. We eneded going out to grab something because we needed to checkout

Comfortable stay
Liked: The staff was very likable and kind.
Disliked: The TV that was mounted to the wall That's supposed to be able to be rotated side to side, what's the loose it just needed attention, I showed the cleaning personnel.

Very good
Liked: We've stayed at a number of Sleep Inns, in particular the one in Allendale, Michigan next to GVSU. Whereas you aren't getting the same kind of room that you would at, say, a Marriott, you do get a comfortable room at half the price. Our king bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well and were rested the next morning, which is all you can ask. The morning continental breakfast was fine, not great, but what you would expect from a meal that comes with the room. All in all, what we expect from a Sleep Inn, no matter where we stay, which is comforting on the road.
