Liked: True that 1st impressions are very important! The hotel was ok for price but lady who greeted us was anything but customer friendly. How rude to just be handed keys without uttering a word.like you are in room ? down this hall etc. Instead NOT A WORD!
Disliked: As I already mentionedjust the cust service (or lack thereof) when we arrived. After she leftthe other desk attendants were very kind and helpful.
