Horrible will never be back

Liked: Nothing at all staff was rude
Disliked: We arrived after driving all day to this hotel the lady at the desk told us it was under a boil water order that’s on no problem don’t drink the water I’m good with that so we get to the room go to use the bathroom and there is no water call the desk oh yeah the city hit the pipe it will be back on in 30 min so 50 min goes by still no water I call the desk and she tells me 30 more min by now it is 1:00 am and I can’t shower or use the bathroom all night no shower no bathroom worst experience and I think before a customer was to check in it should of been told hey sorry we don’t have water at the moment
