Liked: I LOVED THIS PLACE! It has such character! Everywhere you look is Parisian antique decor. The interior designer knocked this one out of the park. Not over done but placed perfectly to add to your visual enjoyment. Robin was a delight and so helpful and welcoming, like a long lost friend :). She showed us around explained the workings of the hotel and made us feel comfortable right off. Our room was small (understandable for a motel) but very comfortable. Bed was perfect. Hubby likes extremely soft and i like a little firmer and we both usually have a hard time sleeping out but both of us slept well! Breakfast was delightful! Crepes. Yum. Limited counter space made it not flow exactly perfectly (working in a kitchen i understand all aspects of this). Once you see the flow of it it goes ok but a sign saying 'crepes here' would fix that. Delicious. Pour over Pete's coffee was a new experience for me and added to the ambiance of this quaint and charming place. You are on the honor system for any snacks and drinks in the fridge in the kitchen which is open to you all hours if you feel the need just leave your $ in the jar. :) Homie and friendly staff. Can't recommend it enough to all friends and family!
Disliked: :) :) :) :) :)(Shows a :( to the left even though i click the :) button in my review-that is a glitch!) First of all id like to say i didn't mind it and it didn't deminish my love of this place but there were a few things that could have put it over -the- top great! : Check-in was a little confusing. The door is locked and so you call the front desk to gain entry but it rang and rang and went to voice mail. Scary for a new time guest who has reservations and has no access. If it wouldn't have been for another guest walking up at that time we would have?? I dont know? (the guest said if they don't answer, call again) upon entry we were helped immediately and you could see Robin was wearing a few hats (busy) prepping stuff for the next days breakfast. She was the sole person there that we could see. There would have been a little more counter space in the bathroom it would have been nice. I have thick hair a little higher powered blow drier. If you are a light sleeper you will want to request one of the beautiful air streams or the top floor of the hotel. It is an older building so you do hear the top floor people walking around being below. Didn't bother us at all. Only negatives and i'd still rate this Motel high!

Ok not great.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Towels were thick and clean. Amenities in trailer were nice.
Disliked: Ended up in air-stream trailer after booking room. Did not like the change. Trailer was not as conformable as room. Challenging getting out of bed with two sleepers in it.

Good, great staff but owners...

Liked: Nice quirky idea as Paris hotel. Breakfast fine. Evening staff excellent.
Disliked: No tv operational during stay. Ownwer was notified and did not remedy. At check out blames Direct Tv and no accommodations. Very poor in that aspect.

Great!

Liked: Because the property is older I noticed ants in my room. Doesn?t bother me much but I could see where others might be offended. Some more breakfast options would be great. WIFI was a bit iffy. Staff was excellent!
