Homewood Suites by Hilton is very nice and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Disliked: The pool has been broken and out of service since November of last year, yet no mention of that at booking. Had I known it wasn’t working I would have chosen a different hotel as my grandson, whom we came to visit, was looking forward to some pool time with us.Next disappointing issue was that we stayed for 4 days and never once had maid service! Hotel policy states they clean every other day, yet that was not our experience. We saw her at the end of our hallway on two different days as we left our room for the day, came back in the evening to an unmade bed, dirty towels (only got two), and trash piling up in the kitchen. This issue is why I’ve filed a complaint with corporate. For the amount we spent here I expect my room attended to during my stay.

Disliked: The pool/spa was not open. This information was not given to us by booking.com. We would have had to know to go to the Hilton website. This was a ladies weekend and we were looking forward to pool/spa time. Bathroom was small and tub not conducive to soaking. Very small and old surface.
