Fab location

Liked: Perfect location walking distance from. The Two Rivers Mall & the Staines hig Street. The river path by the Thames is beyond stunning.
Disliked: The property is well located & the staff a a wonderful group of helpful & cheerful people. That said the property needs a complete interior renovation as it's gone old & frayed.

A prime example of broken...

Liked: Stayed here a few times & staff have always been exceptionally helpful & friendly.
Disliked: The price, kids playing in the corridor, people wandering around having loud conversations in the early hours. Also the fact that we were paying good money to stay in a hotel that is housing illegal immigrants / asylum seekers, this hotel could be so much better if money was spent on it & exclusively for paying guests.
