Lovely hotel, great location with...

Liked: The location and the staff were great. Great spot and central to activities. View from our room on 14 floor was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had issues with the A/C which we could not adjust set at 17° and freezing in our room. We were upgraded to a suite where we could turn the A/C off which was then comfortable room temperature. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The A/C which is unadjustable to individual guests needs.Not everyone enjoys 17°!!
