Clean it better

Liked: Location, For breakfast so many cuisines to choose from
Disliked: Basic hygiene was missingGot a room after waiting 15 min and when I entered it was full of dust, ladies underwear was hanging in center of room, Felt like I just checked in a brothel disgusting and never in life got such before so can say hotel misses basic standards Immediately spoken

Helpful Staff

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a new room due to a maintenance issue on out original room. The move to the new room was facilitated quickly and maintenance attended the room immediately.
Disliked: Mould in the bathroom

While we enjoyed the location....

Liked: It’s location is perfect for our requirements
Disliked: The hair dryer was broken, the shower leaked all over the floor, the pillows were very uncomfortable.
