Would stay here again. Friendly...

Liked: Early check in was awesome and improved my stay drastically.Super friendly staff
Disliked: Room was initially cold but heated up during the night somehow. So was good in the end.

Liked: We received an upgrade upon arrival. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Deepa and team. Deepa was friendly, chatty, helpful. Anything we requested for breakfast, she was more than happy to assist and provide.

Liked: Everything.Love your robes.Sitting chair in room was exceptionally comfy.Staff are lovely and helpful Your parking services are awesome.Brekky is great value for money and I Love Love LOVE your Granola.Lunch and Dinner room service menu is outstanding and great value for money.
Disliked: No mini bar items or snacks in room for guests to purchase Would also like a minimum of two towels per guest.

Very disappointing

Liked: Location
Disliked: Check-in process was terrible, paid for valet and was non existent. Picked hotel for location to theatre, after returning 10pm hotel bar was closed. Went to room for room service, no drinks. Next morning had to chase up staff for plate for breakfast.
