Liked: Great location with lots of restaurants near by and the staff was very friendly! Also, the price for staying in the room was quite reasonable.
Disliked: Some stains left on the bed sheets and ants in the bathroom

Liked: Location was great and nice sized room. Aesop products in the bathroom - lovely.
Disliked: Front entrance/waiting room had a very odd smell that hit you when coming and going. The building itself is beautiful with lovely historical charm but a lot of this was lost under a very dated 90s refurb.
