Superb

Our favourite in Medicine Hat!

Liked: Love the location, less than a minute off the highway, easy to find, this gem is easily our favourite in this price range. It's super comfortable, clean, and the India Kitchen restaurant on site serves some the very best food we have had.
Disliked: Oddly enough, the bathroom sink in our room was plumbed in reverse! The cold water came out on the hot side and vice versa. Not that hard for us to adapt to but it's a potential hazard for sure. Also, my usual gripe, the shower control has no throttle: it's full blast or off, those are your only options. At a time when hotels around the world ask guests to save water, here's a simple solution, use a proper valve that allows you to control the flow. It's not like this technology hasn't been around for decades!

Liked: The room was updated, very clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Property exterior needs to be raked.

Bad

Disliked: They took payment before check-in. then the booking was cancelled.

Very good

Liked: Staff very personable and helpful, basic breakfast needs which was perfect for our preferences. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Out of the hotel’s control but, some of the noisy guests. It is amazing how some people are so clueless to the amount of noise they make and lack of respect for others.

Superb

The stay was very good....

Liked: Good bed, comfy pillows. Towels were good quality.breakfast is very nic though it seemed waffle maker was being somewhat temperamental.
Disliked: In the room we had, bathroom was a bit small and toilet paper holder was in an awkward spot.
