You get what you pay...
Liked: The room was clean, all the staff we saw were friendly, breakfast tasted okay. Short bus ride away from the city.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit boring after a few days as some of the hot options were not available. There is a 30 minute time limit for breakfast and you can only have one croissant. The bus transfer into the city is very expensive, we used local NJ buses to get into the city which were a lot cheaper.

Liked: Room size very good.
Shuttle service is good
Disliked: Poor information provided for buses and local amenities. Would help if return gate information could be given. Breakfast ok but very limited choices. If you didn't like scrambled eggs you wouldn't have had anything cooked. Requested dry cleaning and was told in the 6 years that they had worked there no one had every requested this before. I do find this hard to believe and also if this service is not provided why is it in the room manual and a bag for dry cleaning is provided!!

Dont stay here... all the...
Liked: The TV and coffee machine looked new. There was an iron and board in the room and eco-toiletries. I was able to print work at reception and the shuttle service is useful, albeit 500% more expensive compared to the local bus service, but only ran once every 2 hours or so. Beyond that, I don't have any good things to say.
Disliked: Paid $170 for executive King Double on booking.com but was told on arrival there were no exec. King Doubles available. I was offered an exec. Queen but no compensation for downgrade until I complained to booking.com 2 daysater and received $40 refund. Lady at reception assured me the room was recently renovated & thus wouldn't be disappointed with my downgrade but it was in poor condition... - carpet had lifted from the floor/underlay so was crumpled/gathered and was frayed/coming away at the edges in places and you could see the gripper bars underneath. - Bed was old and squeaky. - Bed linen old and poor quality. - Decor was dated - furniture had scuff marks all over - Bedside table had a burn mark on top - Wallpaper ripped in places - Window was extremely dirty, as were the curtains. - Insulating foam had come away from window seals - Taps in the bathroom had rust around seals which was dripping into the sink. - Shower curtain was heavily worn and ripped at the top - Shower head seal had come off the wall. No Wifi access in the evening in either my room or reception... had to walk next door to the Ramada Inn to use their wifi to get the work I needed to do, done. I had very limited wifi access in the morning. Breakfast was really, really poor... Put up tables in the restaurant, plastic cutlery and polystyrene plates, disused fridges, old furniture stacked in the corners and behind counters with wet floor signs. Felt like I was in a emergency shelter not a hotel costing $170/night in New York. The quality of the food itself was average to poor and choice available was terrible - Bowl of apples, cheap croissants, sausages, tater tots and scrambled eggs. Watered down orange juice, tea or coffee. There was no water fountain in reception and no bar or shop open when I arrived at 10pm. I emailed the hotel to see if they could explain and offer any form of apology/compensation. I had no response. Please see photos.

Liked: Nice customer service this time around
Disliked: Well they asked me which floor I request 1st floor they gave me the 6th floor. I asked for 1 queen bed they gave me two. Less room space. And the bathroom was right next to the bed. Room 617. And the only thing that they had for breakfast was eggs. Didn?t have the sausage or the potatoes like always.

Liked: Nice room and facilities
Disliked: Staff was less than helpful at check in, one of them was very rude. Rooms are ok but the AC/Heater Units are very loud, they turn on and off during the night depending on the temp settings, and it amounted for a poor nights sleep. Felt like we were being kicked out with the ?reminders of check out? and the staffs attitude. Won?t be staying here again
