We really had a good time there. Even the beds, due to the small size, help my husband and I have more intimate nights.

Liked: Very nice and cozy atmosphere.
Disliked: Rooms too small but comfortable.

Liked: It's close to Times Square and the employees are friendly.
Disliked: The carpet and hallways are very old and dirty. The hotel needs some updates.

Liked: Proximity to Eugene O'Neill Theater. Was able to return to the hotel at show intermission to use the restroom rather than standing in line!
Disliked: Incredibly tiny old rooms.

Liked: Loved the older “New York” charm building look outside. Renovated all inside. Rooms are small but welcome to NY unless you pay for suites. Receptionist was super nice and welcoming. Coffee and tea bar downstairs. Our room was super clean and I am OCD and very hygienic. Looked to find something wrong! Lol and must say that the bed quality in our room was very good! They truly did a great job in the renovations and our room was superb!
Disliked: Do feel like I over paid at $300 a night.

Liked: very pleased with the room, the staff, the location, and the noise level was very quiet considering I was only a block away from Times Square. It is prime location, the room was bigger than i was expecting, enough room to do a few cardio exercises, pushups etc.. water was hot, ac worked well, staff extremely friendly .. spent 6 nights here, and I will absolutely make sure I check here for availability next time I come in. Absolutely bested my expectations!!
Disliked: It was as perfect as could be.

Disliked: This is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. My partner and I barely fit in it and this was not represented in the pictures provided. For the price and deluxe in the name I expected more than a closet.
