Liked: Great location and size of rooms, only small negative is the external façade over the windows which blocks alot of sunlight / view

Disliked: The rooms do not feel like a 5 star hotel. They are very dark and not very luxurious in my opinion. I would think this is a four star hotel.

Liked: The property was in an excellent location. And the aesthetics were very unique and beautiful. Loved the garden design.
Disliked: The staff was not around much. I did not get a complete set of fresh towels one day. We were not told there would be a party in the open courtyard one evening, which was extremely loud.
