I didn't get to spend much time there. I was in town for a conference and had friends to visit. The time I did spend there was great. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice. I was only there for Sunday morning breakfast and it was delicious. I would stay there again.
Liked: Nice sized room, refrigerator in the room.
Disliked: Because it's an old building the floors were creaky & I heard the person upstairs every time they got up to the use the bathroom.

This B&B is one of the nicest we have experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed, along with other guests, the absolutely delicious breakfasts and the complimentary wine and cheese in the late afternoon. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We will definitely return when visiting Albuquerque.
Liked: We liked everything about this B&B from the convenient location, quiet neighborhood, delicious breakfast, to the beautiful clean room.
Disliked: We have not complaints.

I found it challenging to set the complicated alarm clock and the hotel staff did not do any better. Maybe they could find something more user-friendly.
Liked: Decent location and very helpful staff. Christy went out of her way to prepare a take-away breakfast for my 6 am flight.
Disliked: Built more than 100 years ago and on the National Registry of Historic Places, it has minimal sound-proofing. Privacy is compromised but it seems inevitable.

This hotel is very centrally located in Albuquerque, and we could walk into downtown, and to the bus from the airport. Tammy, the owner/manager, and Maryanne were both very nice and helpful. It feels like being in an old home, well maintained, great food, comfy beds. We were completely satisfied.
Liked: The room was really lovely and charming, with plenty of space to sit and talk--two wingback chairs and a coffee table, in addition to the king bed. Breakfast was very nice each day, with different frittata/souffles, muffins, fruit and more.
Disliked: We had reserved a queen room, but it was on the third floor, more like a converted attic, with low ceilings and very tight space. However, the staff very kindly and quickly accommodated our wish to upgrade the room, since there had been a cancellation.

Liked: Very comfortable and clean townhouse with good southwestern atmosphere and friendly staff.
Disliked: Townhouse is in need of repair. For the nightly rate i would expect perfection and was disappointed in broken patio furniture and broken/missing kitchen tile.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, convenient...
Liked: The house is a classic building close to downtown albuquerque. It has a beautiful western feel to it and the staff are incredibly helpful and caring. The home cooked breakfast that Krissie made was the best breakfast I'd had while traveling across the country, it would have cost you at least $30 at any restaurant. While the breakfast was my favorite part of my stay, everything else was equally amazing. Off street parking in their private parking lot was a huge bonus for me.
