Nice hotel but the amenities...

Liked: Location and free parking.
Disliked: There was no phone or microwave in the room. They would not allow you to take your breakfast back to your room. They had no salt or pepper packets. The remote to the tv didn’t work well and there was only one to two channels to watch which showed the same shows over and over. The toilet had to be flushed twice each time you used it because the first time it didn’t work at all.

I've reached out and no...

Disliked: My stay was horrible! Starting with the rude staff, to the hair in my bed when I arrived, so a dirty bathroom when I checked in, to know Wi-Fi, to the hot water being out.
