Liked: I loved the different themes of the rooms. My fiancÚ and I had the Hawaiian room and it was amazing. Their romantic package was perfect for our occasion. We spent there the whole weekend and I definitely would go back. Highly recommended!

Not worth it

Liked: Staff was great and room was clean. Jacuzzi tub was awesome.
Disliked: The room is dated, and had too many cheap decorations which was very tacky. The bed was too soft with very thick pillows, so you sank into the bed and strained your neck on the pillow. The room was too hot, before we even went in the tub which we kept more warm than hot because we were already uncomfortably warm to begin with. We barely slept as we were hot and uncomfortable. To top it off we got woken up by disturbances and drunk yelling and fighting in the hotel. There was loud music all night long and frequent thuds that would literally shake the whole room. We booked a specific room and when we got there they said we got a slight upgrade but we believe we were actually down graded as we thought we were getting a sauna but all it was was a steam shower, the room we booked didnt have the bed shoved in a corner where one of had to sleep against a wall but this one did. I have no idea how they can price the room so high, its not even a little worth it. We expressed our disappointment with the hotel and they gave us a gift certificate but we do not plan on ever returning.

Sketchy, unprofessional, but unforgettable

Liked: I liked the location, the room was incredible especially the jacuzzi bathtub and the detail in every room. Very quiet and private. Dano the day man gives a really fun history of the place and is very soft spoken and kind. Really ?fun? movies ;) also very clean.
Disliked: Lowell (the owner)was sketchy. I had initially asked to extend my stay until 1pm AND paid for the romance package for $100, it was understood to be a one time payment for everything. When my cheesecake didn?t come he said he?d extend the stay for free, of course I had already paid (by Etransfer btw), I didn?t argue because the owner gave me really weird vibes. When we were checking out we asked for a receipt or just a statement of what we paid for, as my partners credit card info was in their possession and the OWNER had nothing to give us.All the romance package is, is cheap candles you can buy 100 for $5, a bottle of Safeway bought sparkling orange juice you can buy for less than $5, a couple small bottles of very regular and easy-to-find essential oils you can get less than $10, and a cheap bubble bath you could find for less than $5 and no one would be none the wiser if you just cleaned up afterwards, and cheesecake in the morning for breakfast. The only reason I got the romance package was because I was told I was not allowed to use any other ones-seriously though, bring your own bubble bath. The cheesecake was NEVER delivered even though it literally would have taken 15 minutes to go to Safeway and buy two slices of cheesecake. This is a ?family owned business?, owned by some pretty sketchy dudes who are very loyal to each other, DO NOT trust them. I?m nervous to write this review.Do not get the romance pack if you come here BIGGEST waste of money. And they don?t deliver.Do not expect anyone to be trustworthy.Do not pay by etransfer.
