Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly...

Liked: Beautiful, secure, friendly staff.
Disliked: The check-in line was very long, waited about 45 minutes. The shower in our room wasn’t working properly and the tub would fill with water up to my ankles. When booking my room on the Hyatt website, it says breakfast included. When I received my itemized bill for the hotel stay, it shows I’m being charged $87 for breakfast and my acct was charged for it couple days after. Not happy about that, still need to call the hotel and resolve that issue.

Disappointment for the price

Liked: The hotel room had an amazing view and the location was great. We walked to restaurants and Petco Park. The hotel pool area, lobby area, stores and their market were great.
Disliked: The second I walked in the room I was utterly disappointed. The bathroom smelled musty! It gave me a headache. I soon found out why. The air circulation vent/fan on the wall was caked with dust and filth. I wiped it best I could but hadn't been cleaned in a year or more. The shower/tub drain was clogged. The first shower the tub filled all the way up. We called and they came within 30 minutes to unclog it and it was better after but still a disappointment because it was late and we all needed a shower. The air conditioning would not get cold it was blowing room temperature air even though it was set at 65. We even asked another guest and they said theirs wasn't very good either. There was a huge stain on the carpet near the window gross. The floor had debris on it still like the vacuum they use is not very strong. There was those plastic pieces used to attach tags to clothes on floor. Another disappoint is they do not provide a normal mini fridge that gets cold. They call it a cooler and it's about 50 degrees inside looks like a mini fridge but not cold enough. I am a nursing/pumping mama and needed to store my milk but couldn't so everything I pumped that weekend had to get tossed out. They should really rethink this for leftovers as well its not a safe temperature to store food needs to be at or below 40 degrees. This could cause illness for those guests who don't know. I mean for the cost of the room over 300 a night a fridge should be provided I mean cheap motel rooms have them. Also no microwave in room had to go to the 4th floor to heat anything up. I guess at least we found the community microwave it was not stated anywhere. The iron was terrible did not get out wrinkles from a shirt. This place was a splurge on price and I couldn't believe how much nicer the rooms are at cheaper places we stay are. The chairs inside the room were stained and peeling too. Also the big windows were not sparkling clean to enjoy the great...
