Nice location and hotel but...

Liked: Beds were comfy and the shower pressure was good. Breakfast was nicely presented.
Disliked: Staff weren’t very pleasant to us, didn’t feel the usual 5* service. The gym isn’t onsite, it’s at a sister hotel.

Liked: Amazing style expressed in every single detail, welcoming, quiet, very convenient location, very clean, comfortable.

Liked: Great location near Old Town. Perfect for walking. The hotel and room were stylish and very restful and serene. Staff was very polite and attentive.

Good hotel but would not...

Liked: Very clean. And professionally run.
Disliked: I was there for 11 nights and I was given the smallest room on my floor, although it was the class of room I’d booked. There seemed to be nobody in the hotel so twice I asked if they’d consider upgrading me to a better brighter or bigger room. Both times they said they’d get back to me. Both times they said no because the hotel was fully booked out. In my 11 days I did not see one other guest on my floor of the two floors and the breakfast and dinner sessions seemed almost empty. I expressed astonishment that every room was booked every night but they assured me they were. I don’t know how all these people arrived and left without me seeing one of them. I found that quite disappointing.

Very well-located boutique hotel

Liked: Location was excellent, just a short stroll to the New and Old Town. We also liked the room (112) and bathroom. The shower was excellent! The quality of breakfast was very good overall.
Disliked: The staff were a little too unsmiling and clipped. The exceptions were housekeeping and the reception lady on our last morning who had more warmth.

it was a lovely stay....

Liked: Very nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very nice. It's located right in the heart or Warsaw's old town.
Disliked: Didn't receive an answer when calling room service

I recommend this place whether...

Liked: Probably, the best placed we have ever stayed. It’s the quite luxury you feel ar every step - the lobby, the room, the spa area. Perfectly located to explore the oldtown. We parked our car on the street few steps from the entrance, but guests can use hotel parking facilities.
Disliked: None. Ok… I would prefer one more armchair in the room. :)
