Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The room service was not great and food was not available. Even though we called ahead to say we’d be arriving late. We were told breakfast finished at 10.30 when it finished at 10 so couldn’t get a hot meal which was included in the already steep price. Overall we stayed at the venue for less than 15 hours and received poor value for money, incorrect information and was hungry throughout our stay. Also the tv didn’t work and the WiFi was not stable enough to use

Liked: Room exceeded or expectation as we changed rooms last minute when bringing our dog !Breakfast was superb and they even made up a seperate room for us with the dog!I did make use of the Spa as my wife walked the dog around the well attended grounds and then stopped for a drink in the day cafe with the pooch which was lovely .
Disliked: The wife found it a tad expensive for a glass of prosecco although enjoyable in the surroundings!Wish we had stayed for Sunday lunch
