Great location- but rundown

Liked: The location was wonderful and the room was nice, but smaller than expected. Very nice bathroom. Great view of the ocean.
Disliked: The place was generally rundown. The room itself was nice, nut the buildings were very rundown, the terrasse was in a state of disrepair, the patio furniture was shabby and dirty. The pool was very small and pretty cold despite being heated.

Liked: it`s located adjacent to Zuma beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. the view from the pool area is great overlooking the ocean.

Disliked: The patio had an abandoned couch sitting outside our door. There was a dilapidated lounge chair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. We had to take the bed off of the bedframe and put it on the floor because the bed was broken. There is no hooks anywhere. We asked for wine glasses, there was none to be had. they did bring us champagne flutes. But obviously that isn’t a wine glass.
