Liked: The young man who checked us in was also the chief maintanance person on duty. Our TV set wasn't working so we called for service. He was at our room within 5 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. Impressive! He also gave us a great tip on where to have dinner. Many thanks!

Disliked: No breakfast! Had to buy everything even toothbrush and we were stranded in town unexpectedly due to weather!! They did not home the discount for Brian’s university of Iowa employee!!!

Disliked: The staff was NOT friendly except the girl that checked us in she was training.Customer service should be one of the priorities in running a hotel, feeling the warmth and welcoming.Probably re training might help!
