My stay here was very comfortable - the decorations of the lobby was beautiful! My room was a bit small but comfortable enough for two people; the bed was nice and comfortable to sleep in as well. The only thing I didn't get to see was the view from the rooftop hotel :( If they could stay open until 12 midnight it would be nice. I was at a Tegan and Sara concert so I got back to my room hoping to see the view but it was locked :( Anyway overall I loved this hotel. All the staff were very friendly! I would recommend people to stay here.

The hotel's cons outweighed the pros for us. HVAC set at 64 and room was just marginally comfortable. No bathroom ventilation. Room was small but nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to Verizon Wireless Theater. Lobby had an awful smell wafting through it any time that we walked through. Valet parking was $25 per night. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Reasonable hotel but overpriced

Liked: The location is wonderful for anything downtown. Small shop on the same block, restaurants within very easy walk
Disliked: This is a three star hotel, at best. Pillows are very bad, beds just ok. Everything needs updating. Most staff at the desk, except the one who checked us in, are wonderful. Most bar/breakfast staff, except the one we had on the last day, not so good. You have to wait an age for everything. On the whole, doesn't feel like a hotel for international travellers.

Disliked: When we arrived, 15 mins after check in. The ceiling started pouring out water. Went to front desk and they were not very helpful. Maintenance man showed up and he was very friendly. They had a bucket in the ceiling, that tells me this has happened before
