Liked: The room looked freshly remodeled. It was very cute. Everything but the bedspread looked very clean.
Disliked: The comforter on the bed was full of fur. It had definitely not been washed in a while. I didn't use it and wrapped up in my extra sweater to sleep. Bathrooms need some updating.

Liked: Comfortable room, quiet, well appointed with microwave and fridge, centrally located. Seemed clean. Good location for attending event in Sterling. Helpful staff.
Disliked: As has become common these days since COVID apparently, the Booking.com information is inaccurate about whether breakfast is included. It isn't.

Liked: Very nice man running the place. Gave me a lot of information that helping me make better use of my time in lyons.

Liked: The hotel was very quiet you couldn’t hear other guests
Disliked: The pictures showed breakfast but there was one. The rooms didn’t actually have the same amenities like no soap in one. One of the rooms doors did not latch without working on it to match it up. The front desk was also a little confused about payment they said I owed for the room when I had already paid online.

Disliked: Had a couple of bites from bed bugs, told the lady she didn't say much about it.
