Very comfortable and relaxing hotel...

Liked: Very comfortable, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Good value. Hotel had sufficient facilities for a short stay including bar and restaurant. Location is outstanding set in very large grounds. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Swindon town centre.
Disliked: All good and everything met our expectations. If having a long stay here then facilities might be somewhat lacking i.e. no pool/spa or gym.

Liked: Good location but difficult to find. Not sign posted.
Disliked: Noise. The walls are thin. I could hear activity in room next door.

Disliked: Bed was v small and bedding synthetic so v hot and room temp v hot. No hair dryer.

Disliked: Was not told restaurant was closed and no food available, large party no sleep doors in corridor banging till 0200am in our corridor outside our room and went to have a shower at 2100pm no hot water and checked out at 0900am still no hot water and requested a room with a bath didn't get or was not told had room with shower.
