Disliked: Check in was hard. The young man was hard to communicate with almost to the point of rude. I asked for rooms close because I was traveling with my mother in law with health problems as well as two grandkids. He put us at opposite ends of the hotel. I asked if there was anything closer he tells me no but the guy behind me checks in and he is right across the hall!!! The people behind him are next door to one of the rooms he booked for me. So this guy was either a jerk or a lier not sure which.
